Poetry reading with WA State Poet Laureate Claudia Castro Luna, and Edmonds poets Gerald Bigelow and John Wright, 5:00-5:45 pm, Edmonds Sno-Isle Library (650 Main St). Free admission; light refreshments provided.

WOTS Presenters' Book Signing Reception, 5:15-6:30pm, Plaza Room (650 Main St, above the library) Free Admission/Open to the public. Refreshments provided.

Dine Around Edmonds: After the Book Signing Reception, join fellow conference attendees for an evening meal at Thai Cottage or Girardi's. Space is limited for each group. Sign-up at the conference. Sign-up sheets located on the Conference Message Board, across from the on-site bookshop. 

Interested in other dining establishments in downtown Edmonds? There are over 30 restaurants and cafes to choose from! A Menu Book is available at the conference on the Message Board table.

"DIY" Writing and Critique Groups: Also after the Book Signing Reception, connect with like-minded writers to share your work or write for a while! Meet at an establishment in downtown Edmonds, or another available location of your group's choice. This is a "do-it-yourself" activity. To create a group, post a sign-up sheet during the conference on the 1st Floor Message Board (across from the onsite bookstore). Blank sign-up sheets are available on the Message Board.

NEW! Open Mic Night, 6:30-7:30pm, Cafe Louvre (210 5th Ave S): For all genres! Join WA Poet Laureate Claudia Castro Luna and members of EPIC Group Writers for an opportunity to read your work and to hear others. Bring 5 minutes of your fiction, nonfiction or poetry to read. Sign-up at the conference. Sign-up sheets located on the Conference Message Board, across from the on-site bookshop. Just want to hear others read? All are welcome to attend.
