Held in Edmonds, WA, a beachfront town on Puget Sound, WOTS is an ideal setting for unravelling the mysteries of writing.  This unique and affordable conference hosts a capacity 250 attendees and attracts presenters and participants from the Northwest, far flung states, and abroad. Workshops include sessions on craft, marketing, and specialty writing topics.

The 2013 WOTS highlights include six pre-conference workshops, over thirty sessions as part of the full conference on Saturday and Sunday. Fiction, non-fiction, poetry, YA, social networking and creativity are only some of the choices.

    percy1 Write on the Sound 2013 Keynote Speaker Benjamin Percy 

    Benjamin Percy will present the Keynote address Saturday afternoon at the Edmonds Theatre. Percy is the author of both fiction and non-fiction, including Red Moon (Hachette, May 2013) and The Wilding (Graywolf, 2010).
